Happiest of birthdays to Mrs. Frances Meaders! Mrs. Frances was the first female member of the Rotary Club of Peachtree City (February 1988) - just a few short months after Rotary International allowed women members. She was also our first female president! Today, we had the distinct honor of recognizing her with our city leadership and christening the new "Frances Meaders Council Chambers"! Thanks to Mayor Kim and the city council members for recognizing the service Mrs. Frances had to our great city! We love you, Mrs. Frances and are so happy to share this honor and to celebrate your 95 years today!
