December 27, 2024 - The Rotary Club of Peachtree City is proud to continue our support of Wellspring Treasures, a vital storefront for Wellspring Living, which raises funds to fight human trafficking and support survivors. This year, we’ve provided a grant to replace their storefront signage, building on last year’s work where we added new lighting. These enhancements aim to help them sell even more items to fund their mission of promoting awareness and prevention of human trafficking in Georgia.
Why It Matters
• Human trafficking is the 2nd largest criminal enterprise in the U.S., and Atlanta is among the top cities impacted.
• An estimated 374 girls are commercially sexually exploited in Georgia each month.
