July 17, 2025 - Today was a Day of Giving to remember at the Rotary Club of Peachtree City! 
We proudly awarded grants to 13 incredible nonprofit organizations making a difference in our local and global communities—with projects ranging from inclusive playgrounds and mental health services to food security, pet rescue, education, and more.
This year’s funded projects include:• Inclusive Experience Playground - Camp Southern Ground
• Flexible Seating & Learning - ClearWater Academy
• “Rotary Room” at FACT Treatment Services Building (Fayette Accountability Courts)
• CHAMPS Program - Fayette County Sheriff's Department
• Fayette Love Your Pet - Fayette Humane Society
• Teal for Teachers - Harts of Teal
• Integrated Wall System for Nursing Station - Healing Bridge Clinic
• Heart Health Education & Screening - Heart Attack Ethiopia, Inc.
• Trailer Graphics - Midwest Food Bank
• Dog Park Maintenance Projects - Peachtree City Dog Park
• Power & Equipment for Orchard - Real Life Center
• Monthly Game Nights for Teens & Adults with Special Needs - Southside Support
• HVAC Dehumidifier - Hope House Children’s Center - Southwest Christian Care
But the biggest surprise of the day came from our special guest, Suntina Hinton, Senior Community Impact Manager at QTS Data Centers, who brought us all to tears and cheers when she announced a 1.5X matching donation—$65,000—to the very same 13 nonprofit recipients. And that’s not all—QTS generously added another $5,000 to our Rotary Club to help us continue our mission of service!
$116,000+ of IMPACT in one meeting!We were left absolutely speechless by this level of generosity. It’s moments like these—and partners like QTS—that remind us why we’re proud to be Rotarians and Fayette County residents.
