Speaker Scott Gilbert (Spouse of Rotarian Amanda Gilbert), is a member of the Sons of Confederate Veterans, Sons of the American Revolution and a number of historical societies. He has studied the Civil War for 48 years and is a retired reenactor and living history presenter to more than thirty thousand 4th, 5th and 8th graders.
